I called to ask about a house listed with her name. I knew her personally. She showed us the house. Told us to get a pre-approval from the bank as soon as possible and get her a copy. Met with her in her office the next day and offered a bid on the house. She called the next day to tell us we got the house. Two week later we were at the bank signing papers.
